Meet Lisa
Pilates Teacher & Workplace Well-Being Specialist
Hi, I'm Lisa, and I teach Pilates that helps people and organisations feel better, move better and get more out of life.
Where I've come from;
I began my career as a Registered Nurse progressing to Senior Nurse Specialist and lecturer leading teams and managing people, pressure and change in busy healthcare settings. Since then I've added a degree in Business Management and Leadership, plus qualifications in Pilates, yoga, nutrition and exercise referral.
That mix gives me a practical, whole person approach. I help people move with more ease, manage ongoing health conditions, ease pain, improve their posture and build healthier habits that last.
I get it;
I know personally what pressure, stress and packed schedules can do to people and to whole teams. That's why my sessions are realistic, down to earth and easy to fit into a working day. They're designed to help you release tension, reset and feel more like yourself again.
How I can help;
I work with organisations to support healthier, happier and more productive teams. Everything is tailored to your people and your workplace, and can include:
Workplace Pilates and yoga
Movement breaks
Wellbeing workshops
Health education sessions
What it's all about;
My aim is the same: to help you
thrive through movement, so life feels healthier, lighter and
more balanced.

What I can offer your workplace
Desk posture and back care
Workplace wellbeing workshops
Regular in-house Pilates and yoga classes
Stress relief and mindful movement
Inclusive movement for all abilities
I go to Lisa’s Pilates at least once a week but more recently twice a week. After fracturing my pelvis in March, my physio said I was to get back to Pilates asap. My recovery has been quicker, I’m sure, by doing Pilates twice a week. It’s great for stretching and strengthening.

I first met Lisa when she taught me 'one-to-one pilates'. Lisa gave me the confidence and courage to attend her classes which I love. Lisa is so supportive and patient. Her classes are fabulous and she looks after us all extremely well. Pilates has certainly helped my mobility and strengh. Lisa also has a great sense of humour.

I started out at a beginners block last year and have been attending class since. Lisa is welcoming and class has a relaxed vibe (still work hard though)! I look forward to going to class on a Saturday morning and am definitely feeling the benefit. If you're unsure, just give Lisa's class a try - it's definitely worth it.
